The Penguin has been a joy to develop, but when I saw this picture on the big screen, I became properly excited. It shows me the Penguin had become exactly what we originally imagined for our product.
Its shape refined, colouring still subtle, and perfect covering ability still intact through all the changes and adjustments. Our expectations for the Penguin have been long exceeded.

Here is an image of our first cut prototype. You can see we didn't yet have a specific shape or outline confirmed. Along with no embroidery or piping for edges. Very early stages.

The Penguin covering my favourite stage guitar, a 1986 SG 400 Special. You can see the shape being refined in this next version of the prototype with the first embroidery.

I thought it might be fun to add one of the very glossy overexposed pictures of the final product. We are extremely excited with our final package you see here, soon to be sold in stores across Canada!
Members of the local rock band "WayBack", performing in Belleville, Ontario. Featuring, The Penguin, keeping the backups ready to go.
The Penguin shown well covering Les Pauls, strats, super strats, 6 & 12 string acoustic guitars on wall hangers.

This one comes from our first group of test photos with the most current version of the Penguin on my old player LP. This was ahead of the newest site overhaul that featured the latest cover in its pictures on the product page.

When finalizing a shape for the Penguin, we spent a lot of time in the area shown. Picking a shape that would wrap around neck joint of the greatest variety of guitars isn't easy or a one-try deal. But we're stoked with the final result.

Shown here are the CoverYourAxe amp stickers we put inside every package when we ship the Penguin to your door.

Here is an early stage technical photo that includes a prototype of the Penguin, as well as digital markings from both the seamstress, and designer, working on sizing clarifications.
